What you'll ask before deciding.
01 How is this different from an audit?
At the end of the project there is a process running in production. Not a report. Pure audits are for Big Four; our client needs to see something live and operational from week one.
02 Do we have to switch software?
Usually not. We work with what you already have. We only recommend swapping a tool when the cost of keeping it is greater than replacing it, and that is a separate conversation.
